Our current encounter of machine learning and chatbots is limited to getting e-commerce suggestions and basic interactions with Google assistant, Siri or Cortana. Any attempt at complex or heart-to-heart conversations are totally futile .
Upcoming machine learning and the related tech space is largely targeting this missing aspect, wherein chatbots will be better at responding to customer queries and relate to issues at a more human level.
The primary idea would be experiential learning, that would help basic algorithms to make better decisions and give appropriate contextual responses, all without human intervention.
