  • After clicking on Project from the compose menu, you will get a screen as shown below
  • Title minimum 3 Chars - Add title which should have minimum of 3 alpha numeric characters
  • Access -This allows you to keep a control over who can just or view and edit the item
  • Private - Only the creator can view
  • Restricted - Some teams and/ or users can view 
  • Protected - All internal users of this hive can view
  • Public - Anyone including public visitors can view 
  • Details -Clicking on this button will show a drop down menu to provide access rights to users or teams
  • RTF - Rich Text Formatting - The text field area supports RTF and you can create your document in whatever way you want

  • - Insert Media - You can add media files using this option
  • Plan

      • Only View

        • User - You can assign user(s) by typing their name or email address the access to view the item

        • Team - You can assign team(s) by typing their name or email address the access to view the item

      • View & Edit

        • User - You can assign user(s) by typing their name or email address the access to view & edit the item

        • Team - You can assign team(s) by typing their name or email address the access to view & edit the item

    • Insert image - You can insert image

      • Upload Image - This will help you upload an image from your device’s memory

      • Drag-drop file - You can drag and drop the image file to upload the image in the document

      • Enter URL - You can also add image by providing the URL of the image

    • Embed Video/Dataset/External Media - This option help you in embedding Video or Dataset or External Media by simply adding the embed link

  • - Table - You can add table in your item using this

    • Cols - You can specify the number of columns for the table

    • Rows - You can specify the number of rows for the table

    • Cell Spacing - It is the space, in pixels, between two cells of the table. You can specify the cell spacing for aesthetics purpose

    • Cell Padding - It is the space, in pixels, between the cell wall and the cell content

    • After the Table is inserted, you can click on the cell to access more functions

      • Insert

          • Insert Column Left - Inserts column left to the selected cell

          • Insert Column Right -  Inserts column right to the selected cell

          • Insert Row Above - Inserts row above the selected cell

          • Insert Row Below - 0000Inserts row below the selected cell

        • Delete

          • Delete Row- To delete the row of the selected cell

          • Delete Column - To delete the column of the selected cell

          • Delete Table - To delete the table

        • Style

          • No Border - To make the table borderless

          • Bordered - To make the table with borders

          • Striped - To make the table with Stripes for better visibility and access

  • Number List - Formats the list with numbers

  • Bullet List - Formats the list with bullet

  • Header 2 - Resizes the selected text to the size of 24px

  • Header 3 - Resizes the selected text to the size of 18.72px

  • Block Quote - Formats the selected text as a blockquote

  • Code Block - This is the best way to showcase any snippet of code. It formats the selected text as code block 

  • Horizontal Rule - Adds a horizontal rule to the text area

      • Start date - You can assign start date & time to the task

      •  Effort - Calculates and shows total effort for the task

    •  Checklist -  You can create a checklist which can be used for SOP or the list of subtasks

      • Text field - Add the details of the checklist

      • Radio Button - With this you can assign values to the checklist item based on the scenario

    •  Related items

      • Related project - This will help you attach the current task to an existing project. You can also create a new project if you need

        • Add Existing

        • Create New

      • Deliverable(s)

        • Attach items related to that deal - You can attach relevant items in the deliverables by simply searching and attaching that as deliverable

    • File Upload

  • This allows you to attach media or documents related to the item

      • Attach related media and documents - Click on the upload area, select documents from your device and upload it. The document will be attached to this item 

  • Collections - Collections help you organize any item based on any attributes.

      • Search - You can add the item to the existing collection. You need to type 3 characters to show suggested collections

      • Create - You can create a new collection if there is no existing collection that suits your need

    • Save as Draft - This option helps you in saving the item at whatever stage of completion it may be. This will save your item as draft which can be accessed easily from the drafts section in main dashboard

    • Publish - This option will publish your item and it will be available to those teams & users. Based on their access rights, the users and the team members will have view only rights or view and edit rights. 

    • Replies - This is the option that will help you enable or disable comments on the item. You need to click on this button to toggle commenting as allowed or disabled
